nAbout us
nViionn Labs is an Indore-based software services company. We build full-stack web and mobile products (React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, React Native), CRM and marketing-automation systems on GoHighLevel, and AI/LLM integrations. We already deliver for clients across the US, Australia, the UK and India, and we're now investing in a dedicated sales function to scale that client base and place our engineering team on longer-term contracts.

nThe role
nYou'll own current business end to end — sourcing, pitching, negotiating and closing. This is not a lead-passing role: you run the sales cycle yourself, with the founder and tech team backing you on scoping and solutioning. You're our first senior sales hire, so you'll also define the pipeline process, CRM discipline and outbound playbook everything after you is built on.

nWhat you'll do

- n




- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, cold calling), inbound leads, freelance marketplaces, referrals and your own networkn
- Run discovery calls, understand technical requirements, and work with the delivery team to shape proposals, estimates and SOWsn
- Pitch three offerings: project-based software development, ongoing CRM/automation retainers, and staff augmentation (placing our developers with client teams on monthly contracts)n
- Sell into three markets — international clients in the US, Australia and the UK; Indian SMBs and mid-market businesses; and agencies looking for a white-label technology partnern
- Negotiate commercials, rate cards and contract terms, and close deals independentlyn
- Own account relationships post-signature: retention, upsell and expansion into additional resources or scopesn
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity
