nThe Office Coordinator will support senior management with scheduling, meetings, communication, documentation, reporting, follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative and business activities.

- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments & schedules .n
- Handle emails, communication & correspondence .n
- Coordinate meetings, calls & business appointments .n
- Prepare reports, MIS, presentations & trackers .n
- Track tasks, deadlines, follow-ups & action items .n
- Maintain documents, records & confidential information .n
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients & external stakeholders .n




- Maintain and update Excel / Google Sheets data and trackers.n
- Support management with daily administrative & business activities .n
- Assist with planning, coordination & execution of management priorities.n
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and priority assignments as required.n
