To drive project business growth in the assigned region by developing and managing relationships with key Builders, Developers, Corporate Institutions, PMCs and Purchase Teams for the sales of Laminates, Chipboards, Marine Board and allied products. The role is responsible for project identification, building pipeline , order conversion, credit management, and strengthening institutional business presence in the market.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive sales growth in key Builder, Developer, and Corporate Institutional segments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Laminates, Chipboards, Marine Board, and allied products.
- Identify new project opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and corporate sectors through Builders & Developers.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into billing through effective relationship management.
- Expand market penetration and improve regional market share.
- Handover of won projects to the OEM team for final execution & Commercials.



Step in as & when required for mediation to clear roadblocks.

Builder, Developer & Institutional Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Builders, Developers, Corporate Purchase Teams, Facility Heads, PMC consultants, Contractors, and Key Decision Makers.
- Ensure preferred brand positioning in ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships to ensure repeat business.

Project Tracking & Pipeline Management
- Track upcoming and ongoing projects across assigned geography.
- Maintain project pipeline and ensure regular follow-up for conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical approvals, samples, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure SFDC systems are updated with project status and business progress.

Channel Coordination & Project Execution
- Coordinate with dealers/distribu
