About the Role

EaseMyTrip.com is looking for an accomplished and commercially driven Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) to lead the overall finance function across the Group, including the listed parent company, subsidiaries, associate businesses and strategic investments.
The Group CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, investors, lenders and business heads. The role will be responsible for financial strategy, accounting and reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, capital allocation, investor relations, compliance, MIS and financial governance across the Group.
Beyond financial control, the Group CFO will act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, supporting growth, profitability, acquisitions, fundraising, international expansion and long-term shareholder value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Group Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the overall financial strategy of EaseMyTrip and its group companies, aligning financial priorities,



capital allocation and resources with the Group's short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Financial Reporting, Accounting & Consolidation: Oversee accounting, consolidation and timely preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, management accounts and financial disclosures while ensuring accuracy, transparency and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning across business units. Establish robust MIS and dashboards to provide management with timely visibility into revenue, margins, profitability, cash flows and key performance indicators.
