- Contacting professionals and scheduling meetings or consultations with clients as required.
- Managing client communication professionally and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinating between clients and professionals to ensure timely responses and successful service delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
- Maintaining lead and client records, follow-up schedules, and conversion updates.

Requirements:
• Education:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.apple
• Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is eager to learn and can take the initiative in a fast-paced
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (internships or
part-time work experience considered).
• Familiarity with CRM software and business tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft
