About the Role
Namastey Homes is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to handle sales across our real estate and hospitality verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales
• Handle and follow up with inbound leads for residential, commercial and investment opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Convert qualified leads into property visits, negotiations and closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
• Assist in negotiations,
documentation and the overall sales closure process.
Hospitality Sales
• Handle enquiries for serviced apartments, corporate stays and long-stay accommodations.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, travel partners and business accounts.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat bookings.
• Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and provide inputs to improve service quality.
Investor & Client Relations
• Conduct meetings with prospective investors and clients.
• Present investment and property opportunities professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with investors and high-value clients.
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
