We are looking for an experienced Statutory Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements. The role will be responsible for managing statutory filings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring the organization remains up to date with changes in applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities
Manage and ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements .
Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns, declarations, and related documents.
Monitor compliance requirements under applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Laws , and other relevant regulations.
Review statutory calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
