Our team of 450+ professionals provide services for projects in India and internationally. To independently manage the PMC site operations for the educational/institutional project at Raipur , ensuring execution as per approved scope, drawings, quality standards, statutory requirements, safety norms, timelines, and budget. The incumbent will be the PMC representative at site , responsible for day-to-day site management, monitoring, coordination, reporting, and issue resolution, while coordinating with the PMC/Architects and technical consultants at the office for design, technical, and project-related requirements.

Site coordination and day-to-day monitoring of project execution.

Coordination with Client, Architect, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.

Review and coordination of Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF and other building services.

Monitoring project progress against approved drawings, specifications,



schedule, and milestones.

Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and follow-up using Primavera / MS Project .

Monitor contractor work fronts, manpower, materials, resources, and productivity.

Support cost monitoring, measurements, billing, variations, and quantity reconciliation.

Monitor QA/QC requirements, inspections, material approvals, testing, NCRs, and quality compliance.

Monitor implementation of EHS requirements and ensure safe working practices at site.

Review and follow up on statutory approvals, NOCs, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Maintain project documentation including MOMs, progress reports, drawings, submittal registers, trackers, inspection records, and correspondence .

Prepare weekly/monthly progress updates covering schedule, progress, quality, safety, risks, and key issues.
