The team builds and operates modern, scalable contact center platforms that combine real-time voice processing, intelligent call routing, and AI-driven automation to deliver exceptional customer engagement experiences. Role Description VoIP Technical Support Engineer will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a cloud-native, multi-tenant VoIP contact center platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating VoIP and SIP issues, monitoring Kubernetes workloads, analyzing call detail records, and supporting platform health across RabbitMQ, Redis, and FreeSWITCH. This is a full-time remote role requiring availability during European business hours (CET/CEST) to support our clients across European time zones.





Basic understanding of VoIP and SIP concepts — call flows, registration, routing, and audio quality troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Linux command line (Ubuntu) — log analysis, systemd service management, and basic networking commands.

Basic Kubernetes knowledge — using kubectl to inspect pod status, view logs, and identify resource issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Grafana, ClickHouse, or contact center platforms is a plus.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced VoIP and cloud infrastructure environment.
