The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the continued performance and success of ACA's Salesforce environment. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will drive process automation and manage our Salesforce.You'll be expected to manage configuration, administration, user support, and SFDC integration with other applications. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, various organizational units, and subject matter experts to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently.

Responsible for the overall configuration, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts,



formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.

Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.

Propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality and translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency

Manage data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup

Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com.

Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of recent processes

Responsible for reporting to senior management, including any potential or perceived violations of applicable laws, rules or Company policies
