Through a digital platform, school programs, and workshops, students complete eco-challenges, track sustainable habits, and earn a verified Sustainability Scorecard aligned with global sustainability goals. GoSharpener currently works with over 300 schools across India, engaging hundreds of thousands of students and collaborating with universities, brands, NGOs, and educational institutions to expand impact. Role Description The Science Teacher will deliver engaging, concept-focused science lessons to school students, with a strong emphasis on environmental science and sustainability themes. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves designing and implementing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, and integrating GoSharpener's sustainability challenges and digital tools into classroom instruction.



The teacher will assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records. Responsibilities include collaborating with school staff and GoSharpener's team to align activities with curriculum standards and sustainability goals, organizing hands-on experiments and project-based learning, and participating in workshops, campaigns, and events. The role also involves fostering an inclusive, safe, and curiosity-driven learning setting where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore scientific ideas, and engage in environmental action.

Candidates should possess strong Science Education experience, with the ability to teach core science concepts and relate them to real-world sustainability issues.
