We're Hiring: Founding Game Artist – Equity Basis | Remote | India

Are you a game artist who loves not just creating assets, but thinking about why a game looks, feels, and performs the way it does?

We're looking for a Founding Game Artist to join us at an early stage and take complete ownership of the art across our game portfolio.

This isn't a traditional job.

We're looking for someone with intermediate or above-level skills across 2D + 3D game art , who understands the visual language of F2P mobile games and wants to grow into a leadership role as we scale.

Role Overview:

~ Remote

~ India-based candidates only

~ Equity-based — actual ownership, not ESOPs

~⏳ Commitment: Up to ~28 hours/week

~️ Flexible schedule — you decide how you distribute your hours across the week

What We Offer:

This is the important part: You are not receiving ESOPs OR SALARY at the time being.

You are joining as an early member of the organisation with actual equity, making you a partial owner of the company.





You will have the chance to build alongside us rather than simply work for us.

What Happens When We Start Scaling?

Until we're profitable or have sufficient investment, this role is equity-based with a commitment of up to ~28 hours/week.

You decide how you want to distribute those hours across the week.

Once we become profitable or raise sufficient investment, we intend to onboard you on a full-time basis, with compensation aligned to the best market fit at that point.

The exact full-time role and compensation will depend on the company's stage, funding, market conditions and your contribution at that time.

Visual styles and art direction

3D Game Art

~3D assets and environments

~ Characters/props

~ Materials, textures & optimisation

~ Working with 3D assets within game engines

What We're Looking For:

Intermediate or above-level knowledge of 2D art (Concept, UI
