About the Role

This is a hands-on sales Team Leader role for someone who understands that excellent sales come from a combination of people, process, persistence and sharp client communication .

You will be responsible for building the sales team, setting the pace, driving individual and collective targets, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership

Hire, onboard and build a high-performing sales team.

Set individual and team-wise sales targets and KPIs.

Train and mentor team members on prospecting, pitching, follow-ups and conversions.

Monitor daily/weekly sales activity and maintain strong sales discipline.

Identify performance gaps and take corrective action quickly.

Sales & Business Development

Drive the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.





Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

Personally handle key prospects and high-value conversions.

Build relationships with decision-makers across businesses and industries.

Assist in developing effective sales pitches for Sustainability, ESG, EPR, Carbon Accounting, Reporting and related consulting services.

Remote Sales Management

Demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate a sales team remotely.

Establish structured reporting, review and follow-up mechanisms.

Use CRM, dashboards, calls and virtual meetings effectively to maintain visibility on team performance.

Create a culture of accountability without constant physical supervision.

What We're Looking For

~3–5 years of proven sales experience , preferably in B2B consulting, professional services, sustainability, ESG, EPR, compliance, technology or related sectors.

~ Prior experience leading and managing a sales team .

~ Strong track record
