We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate - Graphic Design with 1 to 3 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing. The ideal candidate should be robust in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator , have a good design sense, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, ideation,



and production efficiency. Create engaging motion graphics, explainer visuals, and animation assets for videos and digital learning content.

Work on video editing, compositing, typography animation, and infographic-based animations.

Design visual elements, icons, and vector assets in Illustrator for use in motion graphics.

Edit and assemble video content in Premiere Pro with attention to pacing, transitions, audio, and overall visual quality.

Support the team in maintaining quality, consistency, and brand alignment across projects.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Instructional Design, Production, Post-Production, and Project Management as required.

AI Tool Experience and Practices

Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, or similar tools for creative ideation and workflow support.
