We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team, drive new client acquisition, and help expand our footprint.

Drive Business Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships across target industries for contract, permanent, and solution-based staffing.

Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline using multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, warm calling, and networking).

Conduct discovery calls with HR leaders, Hiring Managers, and C-suite executives to understand their hiring challenges and pitch tailored talent solutions.

Market Intelligence: Relationship Management:



Partner with our internal talent delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term client retention.

Experience: 0–2 years of proven B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development experience (experience within staffing, recruitment, or professional services is highly preferred).

A history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and sales KPIs.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, sales engagement platforms, and modern digital sourcing/networking tools.

Highly self-motivated, resilient, agile, and results-oriented.
