Business Development Manager
Market & Customer Development
Develop a solid understanding of target industrial coating segments (e.g., infrastructure, energy, electrical, general industrial,
mobility-related applications, etc.), Business Development & Growth Execution
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new accounts, new applications, and adjacent segments within industrial coatings.
Support the development and execution of segment-level growth plans, aligned with overall India strategy.
Partner with sales and technical teams to progress opportunities from prospecting to commercialization, including trials, approvals, and scale‑up.
Work closely with R&D; and technical service teams to translate customer needs into viable coating solutions and support product launches.
Coordinate with SCM and operations to ensure feasibility, supply readiness, and cost competitiveness for new opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to support segment-focused value propositions, technical content, and customer engagement initiatives (trade shows, seminars, digital content, etc.).
