Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Leader who can lead technology initiatives from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder, architect, mentor, and strategic technology leader capable of designing, developing, and scaling up-to-date software products while leading engineering teams toward successful execution.

The individual will work closely with the Technical Director/Management as a trusted technology partner,



helping shape the company's technology strategy, product direction, engineering culture, and long-term vision.

Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams to achieve high performance and accountability.

Establish engineering best practices, development standards, code quality frameworks, and technical governance.
