Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Public Transportation and Urban Mobility projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, program governance, and coordination with government departments, implementing agencies, and technology partners. The role requires robust project management capabilities, strategic thinking, and experience in managing complex public sector engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of public transportation and urban mobility projects.

Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to ensure timely delivery.

Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance frameworks,



and reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with senior government officials, transport authorities, urban local bodies, and key stakeholders.

Facilitate stakeholder consultations, workshops, and review meetings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, technology partners, consultants, and implementation agencies.

Strategic Advisory

Provide advisory support on public transportation planning, project implementation, and operational optimization.

Support preparation of policy recommendations, project reports, concept notes, and presentations.

Drive decision-making through data-driven insights and best practices in transport and mobility sectors.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and effective delivery.
