About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth within Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Autonomous Bodies, Educational Institutions, and other Government organizations. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, promoting the company's solutions and brands, creating demand, and driving tender opportunities across the Government sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand business opportunities with Government Departments, PSUs, Educational Institutions, Defense establishments, and other public sector organizations.

Establish and strengthen the company's brand presence among key Government stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.

Identify upcoming projects and opportunities and work proactively to influence specifications and create tender opportunities.

Build and maintain robust relationships with Government officials,



consultants, project management agencies, and channel partners.

Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical presentations, and client discussions to effectively position company products and solutions.

Promote and present technology solutions to customers by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate products and services.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify new business opportunities.

Track Government tenders, budgets, procurement plans, and upcoming projects relevant to the company's business.

Coordinate with OEMs, technical teams, and bid management teams to develop winning proposals and tender responses.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the Government segment.

Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
