Cracker Media is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong creative instinct, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in building brands across digital and social media. This role is ideal for a recent design graduate or an early-career designer looking to gain hands-on agency experience, work across diverse brands, and build a strong portfolio. We are looking for someone who is curious, team-oriented, open to feedback, and excited to explore new design tools, including AI-assisted creative platforms.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to brainstorm and develop design ideas.

• Create engaging visual content for social media, including static posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives, and digital advertisements.

• Design a range of brand and marketing collaterals such as logos, brand guidelines, packaging, emailers, newsletters, catalogues, presentations, and other communication materials.

• Create and edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, social media videos, motion graphics, and basic animations.





• Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

• Use creative problem-solving to translate briefs and ideas into effective visual communication.

• Explore and use AI-assisted design tools for ideation, image generation, editing, mood boards, and enhancing creative workflows.

• Support website and basic UI design requirements, wherever needed.

A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant course in graphic design, visual communication, applied arts, or a related field.

• Up to one year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and at least 1-2 internships can apply.

• A portfolio demonstrating skills across areas such as branding, social media design, typography, illustration, digital design, or video content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
