Design development and drawing production

Prepare concept, schematic and working drawings for museum galleries, cultural buildings, interpretation centres and government building works

Plan gallery layouts, visitor circulation, thematic zoning and accessible routes

Produce 3D views, material boards and presentation sets for client and approval committee meetings

Heritage and conservation work

Prepare measured drawings, condition mapping and photographic documentation of heritage structures

Develop conservation proposals on a minimum intervention basis, with material and technique matching to the original fabric

Prepare drawings and submissions for ASI and State Archaeology approvals, and incorporate review comments

Contribute architectural inputs to DPRs and design proposals for new tenders

Review vendor and fabricator shop drawings for showcases, joinery, signage, stone and metal work against design intent

Inspect mock ups, samples and prototypes before bulk fabrication is cleared





Attend design and review meetings with client departments including C&DS;, UP Jal Nigam, UPRNN, NBCC and ASI, and prepare minutes with action points

Prepare drawing submissions for statutory approvals under UP building bye laws, NBC 2016 and fire safety norms

Arch from a COA recognised institution, with valid Council of Architecture registration

~4 to 8 years of qualified experience, including at least 2 years on live sites

~ Strong command of AutoCAD, with the ability to produce a complete, buildable GFC set without supervision

~ Proficiency in SketchUp and at least one rendering tool (Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray)

~ Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign or Illustrator for presentation sets

~ Ability to read a BOQ against a drawing set and identify gaps, duplications and missing references

~ Fluency in Hindi and English, written and spoken

~ Willingness to travel to project sites across Uttar Pradesh
