Role Overview We are looking for a Project Sales Manager with robust experience in project sales, business development, client relationship management, and team handling within the construction/building materials industry .

Drive project sales & business development across private, government, institutional & infrastructure projects.





Manage relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, government departments & PSUs .

Handle the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, product specification, approvals, negotiation, order closure & collections.

Identify upcoming projects and expand the customer network.

Lead and motivate the project sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets.

Government tender experience will be an added advantage .

Ideal Candidate ✅ 7–12 years of relevant project sales experience

✅ Construction / Building Materials / Infrastructure experience

✅ Strong private & government project exposure

✅ Proven team-handling and target achievement experience
