We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth for MASIN's consulting and advisory practice. The ideal candidate has a track record of opening new markets, building institutional relationships, and closing high-value, consultative engagements.

Business Development & Revenue Growth: Own the full business development cycle for MASIN's advisory services - from prospect identification and proposal development through negotiation and deal closure.

~ New Business & Partnerships: Identify and structure new revenue streams,



partnerships, and market expansion opportunities, both domestic and international

~ Partner with technical and legal delivery teams to shape proposals and scope engagements that reflect client needs and MASIN's expertise.

~ Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments across the construction, infrastructure, and dispute resolution space to inform strategy.

~ Team Building: Build and mentor a business development team as the function scales.

Consulting Sales Background: Proven experience selling consulting or advisory services to enterprise, institutional, or government clients is mandatory.

~ Experience: 13+ years in business development or client-facing advisory roles.

~ Sector Exposure (preferred): Direct experience selling into or engaging with contractors, developers, law firms, government bodies, or multilateral agencies.
