We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director in our Primary Sales (Residential) vertical. We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving high-volume residential sales, building high-performing teams, and developing sales strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Build and execute a robust Sales/GTM strategy for our residential business, with a robust focus on market penetration, sales growth and revenue achievement.

Own the overall sales numbers, revenue and key business KPIs across the customer journey, from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations and final booking.

Develop city-level sales strategies based on market dynamics, customer segments, project positioning, competition and demand trends.

Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide insights on business growth, market opportunities, sales performance and revenue strategy.

Build, hire,



train and lead a high-performing team of Cluster Heads, Sales Managers and Sales Executives across multiple cities/markets.

Coach and mentor the sales leadership team on sales pitch, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling and deal closure.

Establish clear weekly, monthly and annual sales objectives and review performance regularly to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Drive strong sales discipline through effective monitoring of input metrics, productivity, funnel movement, conversion ratios and revenue achievement.

Design and implement effective sales incentive and compensation plans, and own ongoing performance and payout analysis.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer segmentation, channel performance and sales processes to maximise business outcomes.

Own the city/team-level sales targets and conversion metrics, ensuring consistent achievement
