Franchisee Development Manager

Job Type: Full-Time / Remote / Field-Based (as per business requirements)

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and relationship-driven Franchisee Development Manager to lead the expansion of the AGROHA Chapter and Franchisee Network.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Business Development, Sales, Networking,



Relationship Management, Franchise Development, and Community Building .

Franchisee & Chapter Partner Development

Generate leads through networking, referrals, databases, social media, events, and direct outreach.

Lead Conversion & Sales

Achieve assigned Franchisee Development and expansion targets.

Act as a bridge between Franchise Partners and the AGROHA Head Office.

Support new Franchise Partners during their onboarding and initial setup process.

Study local business communities and networking opportunities.

Conduct online and offline presentations for potential Franchise Partners.

Participate in networking events, business meetings, exhibitions, and community gatherings.

Prepare regular Franchise Development reports and pipeline updates.

Coordinate closely with the AGROHA Leadership and Head Office teams.
