We are looking for an Assistant Manager - QA to drive on-ground quality execution across factories and vendors within the assigned region. This role will be responsible for ensuring product quality from pre-production to final inspection,



working closely with sourcing and manufacturing teams to maintain consistent standards.

Factory & Production Quality Execution

● Ensure quality adherence across pre-production, inline, and final inspections

● Monitor garment construction, fits, fabric quality, washes, and finishing

● Drive first-time-right production through proactive quality checks

Vendor & Factory Management

● Manage quality across multiple vendors and factories within the region

● Defect Analysis & Problem Solving

● Identify recurring defects and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

● Implement CAPA to eliminate quality issues at source

● Quality Systems & Compliance

● Ensure adherence to defined AQL standards and inspection protocols

● Maintain documentation, audit reports, and quality records

● Support implementation of standardized QA processes across units
