Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, on-site leadership role based in the Pune Division, responsible for defining and executing ZPROO’s technology vision across its ride-hailing platform and EV mobility ecosystem. The CTO will oversee end-to-end software development, product architecture, and technology operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support subscription-based and on-demand services. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading engineering teams, setting technical roadmaps,
aligning IT strategy with business goals, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders. The role includes managing technology projects, optimizing development processes, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and ensuring reliable platform performance and data security. The CTO will also build and mentor a high-performing tech organization, foster innovation, and support continuous improvement to enable sustainable urban mobility at scale.
