Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking expenses, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting with monthly and annual financial reporting. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, coordinating with internal teams on project-related financial matters, and supporting audits and documentation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,



requiring regular collaboration with project and management teams to maintain accurate financial records and support business decisions.

Strong accounting fundamentals, including knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reporting.

Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools, and the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently.

Skills in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis to support project and organizational decision-making.

Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.

Understanding of relevant accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance requirements.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams, management, and external stakeholders.
