Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities,



meeting prospective clients, and promoting VeloTalents’ recruitment and staffing solutions. Daily tasks include conducting client visits, presenting service offerings, understanding client hiring needs, and coordinating with internal recruiters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of talent solutions. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will also maintain client relationships, gather market insights, and provide regular reports and updates to the sales leadership team.
