Epsilon Staffing Solutions has been mandated by a large, diversified global manufacturing group to identify a suitable professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Quality for its manufacturing facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh . The Role The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems , ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.



The position requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Process, Technical and other cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Implement and strengthen Quality Assurance systems covering incoming, in-process and finished products. Ensure products consistently conform to specifications and customer requirements. Maintain QA laboratory procedures with traceability to applicable national and international standards. Implement and sustain Quality Management System and Integrated Management System (IMS) practices. Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications and compliance requirements. Drive systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 22000, ISO 50001 and BRC . Lead analysis and resolution of customer complaints , including customer interaction/visits wherever required. Drive effective CAPA , root-cause analysis and reduction in complaint response time.
