The Experience Design (XD) team is central to this mission. Our ambitious team of product designers, design technologists, and UI engineers works closely with product managers, engineers, product marketers and with thousands of our users to help make their lives easier through technology. We embrace agile development and design thinking to ship dozens of current features every month. We are looking for a talented Senior UI Engineer who is proficient with AI tools and enjoys building libraries and tools to increase the efficiency of our Design, Engineering, and Product Management teams. Reporting to the UI Engineering Manager, Design Systems, the Senior UI Engineer applies technical know-how and eye for design detail to push ServiceTitan’s current Design and Engineering standards to an even higher level. You’re the kind of person who is passionate about design systems, collaboration and inclusion. You will also leverage and build AI tools for product teams to improve quality and speed of UI design and development. If you are someone interested in building scalable systems, accessibility,

Experience required - 5+ Years

Utilize best-in-class AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot, and help improve the internal skills and tooling to be more efficient and effective in our work

Build tools and processes for writing tests, automations, improving our build and release tools, maintaining our documentation and development environments, and championing Accessibility

Build infrastructure and tooling for product designers and engineers to help them utilize design system assets and guidelines when building with AI tools

writing how, and more importantly why, patterns should be used

Drive the adoption of our Design System across the company through communication as well as monitoring adoption metrics
