Social Media Manager (1–2 Years Experience) | In office – Chennai

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management . You’ll lead brand storytelling, campaign planning, and audience engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more . If you’re passionate about trends, reels, and viral content — and know how to turn them into measurable growth — this role is for you.

Lead, manage and grow clients social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Analyze data from social media accounts and keep making changes to maintain steady growth

Develop personalized marketing strategies for each brand and its specific audience

Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends (Instagram reels/memes)

Understand the social media IPs and algorithms to be able to come up with content/campaigns that go viral





Work on coming up with brand-specific ideas and content

Join & lead client calls to report performance and discuss strategy

Share performance reports with insights and recommendations

1-2 years of proven social media experience (agency or brand side)

~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

~ Analytical mindset — you can read numbers and tell a story from data

~ Creativity, curiosity, and initiative to experiment with new content formats
