We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer - Java to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that aligns with the Group’s architecture guidelines and business objectives.

Design, develop, and implement scalable backend applications using Java with a deep understanding of Core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, Streams API).

Perform unit testing, integration testing,



and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in production and non-production environments.

Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners.

Execute ( CI/CD) continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure a smooth delivery calendar.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years applied experience

Strong proficiency in Java (Version 11 or higher) with a deep understanding of Core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, Streams API).

Extensive experience with the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Hibernate .

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
