We're reimagining wealth management for India's emerging affluent through our innovative platform that combines expert investment strategies with cutting-edge AI technology. Backed by Y Combinator, Harvard Management, Goodwater Capital, and founders like Kunal Shah (Cred), we're disrupting traditional wealth management with a fresh, asymmetrical approach.

We're looking for a UI Designer to own and evolve our design system while bringing interfaces to life through thoughtful motion and interaction design. This role sits at the intersection of systems thinking and craft—solving some of the hardest design challenges in fintech: How do you make AI feel trustworthy? How do you present complex financial data intuitively? Design System & Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Libraries, Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Variables)

• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale





• Robust understanding of design token methodology (primitive vs semantic tokens, naming conventions)

• Experience with design-to-code workflows and engineering collaboration

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

Motion & Interaction Design

• Demonstrable expertise in designing micro-interactions for data-heavy interfaces

• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Principle, After Effects, or similar)

• Ability to specify animation parameters in developer-friendly formats

• Understanding of performance implications across web and mobile platforms

Core Product Design Skills

• 3+ years of design experience in B2C product companies, preferably fintech

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to building trust through design

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Bonus: Experience designing AI-native products or conversational interfaces
