About the Role





Resy is seeking a talented and motivated SaaS product analytics data professional to join our data team. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Data Platform and AI Strategy within the Data, Strategy, and Integrations organization, with a strong dotted-line alignment to Product - ensuring priorities are directly driven by the product roadmap.

In this high-impact role, you will analyze user behavior, define success metrics, and guide experimentation across consumer, B2B SaaS, and AI-driven initiatives. You will develop and test data-driven strategies that incentivize consumers to shift behavior toward lower-utilization time slots, directly improving venue fill rates and revenue. This includes exploring new approaches, prototyping algorithms, and evaluating emerging technologies (including Generative AI and machine learning) to optimize demand shaping, while ensuring all outputs translate into measurable impact for
