Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Drive inbound marketing initiatives for IT services, outsourcing, consulting, staffing, or skilled service offerings.
- Plan quarterly and monthly marketing calendars based on business objectives.

Social Media & Branding
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Design engaging marketing creatives, presentations, banners, and social media posts using Canva.
- Create employer branding campaigns to attract clients and talent.
- Build thought leadership through employee branding, client success stories, blogs, and corporate campaigns.
- Segment audiences for targeted B2B campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance including Open Rate, CTR, Lead Conversion, and ROI.

Lead Generation
- Execute digital campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.




- Work closely with recruiters and sales teams to promote hiring drives, client services, and company initiatives.

Content & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaign execution.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for webinars, events, recruitment drives, and service promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, and social media insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.

Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Mandatory experience working with an IT Services, Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, Staffing, Consulting, Accounting, or Professional Services company.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva for digital creatives and branding.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,
