Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on marketing requirements and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and digital media team to understand content requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, layouts, and overall visual communication.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, and other visual elements for videos where required.
- Resize and adapt creative content for different social media platforms and digital channels.
- Assist in developing creative content for campaigns, events,



healthcare services, and corporate communication.
- Review and make required modifications to designs and videos based on feedback from the management and marketing team.
- Stay updated with current design trends, video editing styles, social media trends, and creative formats.
- Organize and maintain design files, video assets, templates, and other creative resources.
- Ensure all final designs and videos are high-quality, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of graphic designing and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar design and editing tools.
- Knowledge of Canva and other digital creative tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, color combinations, visual hierarchy, and branding.
