Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment
- Perform minor and major soldering work on electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies with precision and safety
- Support process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manufacturing waste




- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain product reliability and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with R&D;, Design, and Service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and techniques
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Maintain accurate production documentation and reports as per company protocols
- Ensure adherence to safety, ESD, and regulatory guidelines during manufacturing operations

Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
- Hands-on experience or understanding of electronic assembly, soldering (minor & major), and rework techniques:
- Robust understanding of electronics fundamentals and communication systems:
- Interest in medical device manufacturing and product development:
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
