University/College Market Development Intern | Techademy Learning Solutions | 4-6 Months

Role Objective

Create institutional access, market presence and qualified opportunities for Techademy Skilling & HEXp within an assigned territory. The intern role is to identify Higher Education institutions, reach the right stakeholders, understand requirements, generate qualified opportunities and bring the Techademy senior team into the conversation.

Key KRAs and KPIs
- 1. Institution & Stakeholder Mapping
- Objective: Build a comprehensive, meticulously documented database of target higher education institutions and key decision-makers (Chancellors, VCs, Deans, Directors, Placement Officers).
- 2. Market Outreach & Engagement
- Objective: Initiate and sustain high-value conversations with academic stakeholders to introduce Techademy's offerings. o KPIs: Minimum of 2 to 3 meaningful connections established and logged each day.
- KPIs:



Accurate daily territory mapping with detailed contact coordinates and structured daily reporting.

3. Chance Generation & Pipeline Development
- Objective: Uncover institutional requirements, pitch Techademy Skilling/HEXp solutions, and set up high-level discussions.
- KPIs: Minimum of 5 qualified opportunities created per week for product demos and detailed discussions with Techademy senior management.

4. Deal Assistance & Conversion Support
- Objective: Support the senior team through the sales cycle to drive institutional closures
- KPIs: Active assistance in deal progression, earning a performance Based incentive on successful closures (over and above the fixed remuneration).
