We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
Manage LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead generation and audience targeting
Track leads and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform insights




Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights
Coordinate with content, creative, and development teams for campaign requirements Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends, tools, and platform updates

Preferred Skills:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising
Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding, and budget management
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Experience with B2B lead generation will be an added advantage
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
