Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive sales for our comprehensive range of fire safety solutions (including fire extinguishers, suppression systems, alarms, and AMC services). In this role, you will be responsible for b2b lead generation, conducting on-site fire safety assessments, and closing deals with commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking within commercial hubs, manufacturing units, apartments, and corporate offices.
- Conduct on-site surveys and fire risk assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate fire safety products or systems.
- Present and demonstrate fire safety equipment and solutions effectively to prospective clients, facility managers, and safety officers.

Sales Execution & Operations
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in compliance with local fire safety norms and regulations.
- Negotiate pricing,



terms of agreement, and close sales to achieve individual and team monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and periodic refilling/service packages to ensure recurring revenue.

Client Relationship & Reporting
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and commissioning of fire safe systems at client sites.
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A diploma or certification in Fire & Safety is a huge advantage.
