Job Summary:
We are hiring an RSVP Coordinator to manage guest confirmations for wedding events. The role involves contacting guests, confirming attendance, and maintaining accurate RSVP records.
Responsibilities:
- Call or message guests to confirm attendance
- Record RSVP responses accurately
- Follow up with pending guests
- Share updated guest counts with the event team
- Answer basic event-related questions politely
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Polite and professional attitude
- Must have knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Should have minimum 2+ years of experience of handling RSVP in wedding events
- Should be willing to travel during events
Payment will be finalized on project basis.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
