Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with other departments - Marketing, Sales, and Data Mining - to ensure seamless operations and effective delivery of services.

Process & Performance Oversight
- Oversee and manage the event allocation process end-to-end, ensuring proper ticket distribution across Agenda View, Gold Ticket, LHF0, Blue Ticket, After Sales Data, and LinkedIn Data segments.
- Supervise daily calling activities, ensuring calls are made, follow-ups are conducted on schedule, and targets are met.
- Track and update the daily call sheet, ensuring every client interaction is documented and follow-ups are scheduled appropriately.
- Oversee the daily and monthly sales sheets to monitor sales performance, track bookings, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies to keep the overall calling process running smoothly.




- Ensure each caller receives accurate and timely event data for their allocated events, to support higher-quality client interactions.

Hands-On Execution
- Call clients based on the data provided, following the defined data and contact priority order (mobile number first, then direct phone, then general phone).
- Follow up with clients who have shown interest or have not yet responded, per the defined follow-up cadence.
- Segregate and allocate data across Agenda View, Gold Ticket, LHF0, Blue Ticket, After Sales Data, and LinkedIn Data categories.

MANDATORY EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

Any Graduate.

Technical Knowledge
- Comfortable working with a CRM/dialer platform (HubSpot or equivalent) to log calls, update records, and track follow-up status.
- Working knowledge of maintaining and interpreting call sheets and sales tracking sheets (daily and monthly) in Excel or Google Sheets.
