We are currently seeking a SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

Handle Service Requests and standard changes.

Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.

Support deployment activities and transport management.

Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.

Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.

Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Support testing activities including Unit Testing
- Minimum 1 end to end SAP Basis implementation /Migration /Upgrade full life cycle




- Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA, Production and DR etc.,). Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, transports)
- Install, configure, maintain, and support multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools
- Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using the SAP Best Practice
- Experience in system refreshes and restores of dual (ABAP+Java) and single stack systems
- Contribute to the architecture design of the SAP systems
- Well versed with the entire business suite of SAP
- Experience in installing, configuring and support Solution Manager
