Do you love recruitment—not just coordinating interviews, but actually closing positions?

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing to joining
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements
- Drive negotiations & offer closures
- Manage offer letters, contracts, NDAs & joining documentation
- Maintain recruitment MIS & HR reports

Strong negotiation & closure skills
Valuable Excel/MS Office skills
High ownership, urgency & accountability
A proactive, energetic and persistent approach
Graduate | 2-5 years experience
