Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks as per restaurant standards.
- Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and service area.
- Ensure proper setup of the bar before and during service.
- Maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies.
- Handle glassware, bar equipment, and ingredients carefully.
- Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Provide friendly and professional service and attend to guest requests promptly.
- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards.





Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, bar, or fine-dine establishment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant standards and procedures.
