Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Servicing Executive - IT to bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our prospective clients. In this role, you will be the frontline of our business development efforts, responsible for driving lead generation, executing targeted cold-calling campaigns, and managing ongoing client coordination for IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Cold Outreach
- Research and identify potential enterprise clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within target international and domestic markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria such as budget, technical requirements, authority, and timeline (BANT framework).

Client Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the initial outreach and onboarding phases.
- Coordinate internal alignment between sales, project management, and technical/development teams to gather estimations, technical scope, and proposals.




- Schedule discovery calls, technical demonstrations, and follow-up meetings between prospective clients and senior technical leads.

Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) meticulously with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Nurture early-stage prospects through regular, value-driven follow-ups to turn cold leads into warm opportunities.
- Assist in preparing introductory materials, client profiles, and basic proposal components.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, or client servicing within an IT services, software development, or SaaS setting.
