Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of mocktails, fresh beverages, coolers, smoothies, and specialty non-alcoholic drinks.
- Create creative mocktail recipes and seasonal beverage concepts.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, purees, and other beverage ingredients.
- Operate and maintain blenders, shakers, juicers, and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain proper stock levels of fruits, juices, syrups, herbs, garnishes, and other ingredients.
- Follow proper storage and inventory procedures to maintain freshness and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter and work area.
- Interact with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable beverages.
- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
- Maintain standard recipes and beverage preparation procedures.
- Support menu development and introduce new mocktail presentations.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.




- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Bar Management, Hospitality, or Beverage Service is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Mixologist, Mocktail Mixologist, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mocktail preparation, flavour combinations, and beverage presentation.
- Creative skills with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
