Job Title: Software Tester Intern (6-Month Internship)

Location: Wakad, Pune
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: First 3 months no stipend, next 3 months stipend of 5000/
- Post-Internship Opportunity: Full-time Software Tester role based on performance review and final interview.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and user flows.
- Participate in regression, performance, functional, and usability testing.
- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Help in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and reports.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, trends, and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of software development and software testing concepts.
- Knowledge of manual testing techniques.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g.,



JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla) is a plus.
- Good logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, testing tools, and QA methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to any automated testing tools (like Selenium, Postman for API testing).
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Java, Python) is a bonus.
- Academic or personal project experience in testing is highly appreciated.

Post-Internship Opportunity:
At the end of the 6-month internship:
- A performance review and final interview will be conducted.
