As we expand our recruitment practice, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has hands-on experience working with a recruitment/staffing/search firm and can independently manage recruitment assignments from sourcing to closure.

About The Role

This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys the pace, ownership and accountability of agency recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

Agency / Client Recruitment
- Work on multiple client requirements across functions and levels.
- Understand different client businesses, cultures and hiring requirements quickly.
- Ensure timely delivery against recruitment requirements.





Business & Recruitment Development
- Build talent communities for recurring and future hiring requirements.
- Support the Founder in recruitment-related business development initiatives when required.
- Contribute ideas to improve RG's recruitment processes, sourcing strategy and delivery model.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have
- 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working with a recruitment/staffing/search/recruiting company.
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of recruitment lifecycle and agency recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals for sourcing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements.
